The Secret Behind R. Kelly’s Closet
Within two weeks of R. Kelly getting a trial date for engaging in sexual acts with a minor, he debuts his Trapped In The Closet series.
One might think it’s R. Kelly’s attempt to make some money before the trial begins.
But if you look deeper, you might realize he’s not influenced by the trial…
He’s trying to influence the trial.
The Washington Post scrambles to describe the R Kelly Trapped In The Closet series:
“It might be hard for anyone to explain Kelly’s ghetto soap opera, which includes a gay pastor, cheating spouses, a convict named ‘Twon and a well-endowed midget. In the new episodes _ chapters 13 through 22, for those keeping count _ he adds an old reverend, ex-con lesbians and a stuttering pimp, played by Kelly himself.”
During the premiere, he told the crowd:
“Don’t ask me to explain it…I don’t know how to explain how I wrote it…I call it an alien.”
If I didn’t know any better, I think he’s trying to pile evidence in anticipation of an insanity defense.
After all, it wasn’t long ago that he said he was Martin Luther King Jr., Bob Marley, and Muhammad Ali.
If he can get away with urinating on a minor, crassly referred to as “Golden Showers” and then release a song called Make It Rain, I don’t put anything past him.
The court will have to decide if it is the work of a madman, desperate to evade justice, or a mad genius, trapped in his own closet of insanity.
And after O.J, Paris Hilton, and Marion Barry, all bets are off!
