Michael Vick’s Sentencing Is Good For Fantasy Football
Michael Vick was poison to any fantasy football owner who drafted him in the past few years. Sure, he’d rack up the running yards, and in some cases outperform quarterbacks not named Peyton Manning. But he’d screw over your team the next week with his questionable passing skills…especially if you had any of his wide receivers (although Alge Crumpler was quite the tight end with Vick as his QB).
It took his arrest to bring value to Roddy White, who I need to have a decent game tonight against New Orleans in order to get to the playoffs!
But enough about my fantasy football obsession which has lost me friends and all but killed my blogging! This is about Michael Vick.
How appropriate is it for Vick to be sentenced to 23 months in prison. Not to save dogs from him, but to save fantasy football owners from wasting a draft pick on him!
Hell, if he was still playing, I probably would be vying for the toilet bowl!
Owners of Vince Young this season can relate!
