UFC Heavyweight Champ Randy “The Natural” Couture, resigned from the Ultimate Fighting Championship on Thursday:

I’m tired of being taken advantage of, played as the nice guy and basically swimming against the current with the management of the UFC. I have a lot of other things going on in my life that I’m doing just fine with. I don’t need the problems. I don’t feel like I get the respect I deserve from the organization.

Couture’s state of mind sounds just like that of a man ready to don a mask and handle justice…vigilante style.

Sound far fetched?

Considering Randy Couture is regularly referred to as Captain America and he quit the UFC the same day Marvel announced the birth of a new, brutal Captain America maybe he is thinking about taking on Cap’s mantle.

But unlike the new Captain America, Couture don’t need no stinkin’ gun!
